I believe life offers us countless opportunities to grow and change, often in ways we don’t expect.
My own paths, both personal and professional, have included lots of change. I began my career in law, moved into finance, built a small business, and ultimately found my home in psychotherapy. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to form wonderful relationships in the roles of spouse, mother, friend, each offering its own lessons in connection and perspective.
In the spring of 2025, my husband and I relocated from Canada to Melbourne, Australia—an adventure unlike any other. Living and working in two countries has deepened my understanding of transition, resilience, and what it means to build a meaningful life wherever we are.
Together with my training and experience, my own transitions support my ability to give empathetic and practical support to clients making changes of their own. My practice is a space where every idea and emotion can be explored and where my clients feel heard, accepted, and supported.
